基于小波变换的静电探针测量数据的处理

摘要: 在静电探针自动测量系统测量等离子体参数中,如何在不改变原始数据特征的条件下干净有效的滤除噪声,是一个很重要的问题。对此,采用低通滤波器、移动平均法等一些常用的数据处理方法很难解决。本文采用两种小波变换:Daubechies小波变换和Biorthogonal小波变换分步进行处理,得到了比较好的处理结果,并对上述的几种方法在实际测量信号中的处理结果进行分析对比来证明了这一点。

Abstract: How to remove the noise cleanly and effectively without losing the property of the raw data in Langmuir Probe (LP) automatic measurement system when measuring the plasma parameters is an important question. And the normal method of data processing such as low-pass filter, moving average data processing can’t solve the question well. In this paper we use two types of wavelet transform to process the LP data step-by-step which are Daubechies Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Biorthogonal Wavelet Transform (BWT), and get quite good results. And in order to prove this, we comparative analyze the results of the actual data processed by several methods above.
