Quality management system model based on process method for modern integrated manufacturing systems

摘要: 提出基于过程方法的集成制造模式下产品质量形成全过程的系统模型,在建模中融入了工作流的原理和方法,并在此基础上分别从组织模型、功能模型、过程模型、信息模型等方面进行分析和研究.该模型可以解决因业务流程的变更及与其他业务系统的集成而带来的问题,提高了系统的适应性与柔性.通过在某半导体制造企业的质量管理应用实践表明,该模型是可行的.

Abstract: A system model of all quality process based on process method is proposed. The work-flow principle and method are used in the model.The model is studied in the aspects of the organization model, function model, process model, and information model. The model can resolve the difficulties caused by business process change and integration to the other business system, and it enhances adaptability and flexibility. Application of the quality model in a semiconductor enterprise shows its feasibleness.
