V5dipic-Cl改善高脂诱导的肥胖C57BL/6J小鼠脂代谢紊乱的研究

Effect of vanadium(V)-chlorodipicolinate on lipid metabolism in high fat diet-induced C57BL/6J diabetic mice

摘要: 主要探讨有机钒化合物V5dipic-Cl对高脂饲料诱导的Ⅱ-型糖尿病C57BL/6J小鼠脂代谢的影响. 结果表明,与糖尿病组相比,在给予V5dipic-Cl(5 mg/(kg·d))28 d后,小鼠的体重、血糖和白色脂肪组织显著降低;同时,V5dipic-Cl处理明显上调糖尿病小鼠肝中与脂肪酸氧化相关CPT1、ACOFATP基因的mRNA表达水平. 以上结果表明,V5dipic-Cl可以通过调控脂肪酸氧化相关基因的表达,改善糖尿病小鼠的脂代谢紊乱.

Abstract: The insulin-mimic effect of vanadium compounds has been reported in both type Ⅰ and Ⅱ diabetic animal models, but the effect of vanadium compounds on lipid metabolism remains to be fully understood. We investigate the effect of V5dipic-Cl on lipid metabolism in high fat diet-induced C57BL/6J diabetic mice. V5dipic-Cl was administered daily to the mice for 28 days at dose of 5 mg/(kg·d) by oral gavages. It was found that the blood glucose level and serum TG were significantly reduced after treatment with V5dipic-Cl. It is suggested that V5dipic-Cl improves the lipid metabolism by promoting fatty acid oxidation in liver.
