Based on Web services and XFire, using Struts and EJB technologies, design and implement a loosely-coupled Teacher Management System. Encapsulate data operations through EJB data module and manage to access the EJB data module through Web services technology, which makes them independent with the run-time environment and programming technologies of each other, and offers better flexibility and extensibility. And the research also leads consideration about the communication between Teacher Management System and other systems of Teaching Resource Plan Project.
