Detection Algorithm of Hough Transform in the Container Number Recognition

Textual data on the container is very important in the management of container .This paper uses down-toup thread of thought to find the text of container , and uses Hough Transform to confirm the letter block of container number.In the operation , the paper mends the equation , array of parameter etc .of Hough Transform and introduces the “nearness” into the algorithm according of block instead of point .In applications , it can reduce calculation and the space needed effectively
