光敏引发剂α-羟基环己基苯甲酮合成的改进

摘要:

以苯甲醛、镁、溴代环己烷、溴等为主要原料,经 4步反应合成了光敏引发剂α 羟基环己基苯甲酮,改进了其制备过程中第二步的氧化和第三步溴代反应。其中第二步是以氯仿作溶剂,新洁尔灭作相转移催化剂,在室温下进行反应。与原工艺比较,副产物少,后处理简单,收率高。第三步是以四氯化碳作溶剂,醋酸作催化剂进行溴代反应。改进后的合成方法具有工艺简单、成本低、收率高等特点。

Abstract:

α-Hy dro xycyclohexy lphenylketone is sy nthesized after four steps of reactions w ith benzaldehyde,bromocy clohexane and bromi ne as main raw material.T he oxygenizement reactio n and bromination reactions of the process are improved.T he second step react ion can react wit h chlorofo rm as solvent and benzalkonium bromide solution as phase transfer catalyst in room temperature.In cont rast to previous technology, by-products are fewer, t reat ments are simpler, and y ield is higher.The t hird step reaction, bromination reac-tion can react wi th tetrachloromethane as solvent and acetic acid as catalyst.T he characterstics of the im-proved method are simple technology, low cost and hig h yields.
