摘要: 一维纳米材料(碳纳米管、纳米线、氧化物纳米带)作为研制纳电子器件理想的材料具有重要的科学意义和应用前景。本工作主要集中在氧化物纳米带、碳纳米管的功能化及其和纳米器件性质研究。

Abstract: Carbon nanotubes and semiconductor (quasi) one-dimensional nanomaterials are the central building blocks for the next generation of nanoscale electronic devices, and are important for the development and realization of nanoelectronics. This work is focused on the preparation and functionalization of nanoscale materials and fabrication of nanoscale devices.
