Abstract: A effective method of extracting functionality protein such as albumin、immunoglobulin、fibrinogen and thrombin from pig plasma was introduced in this article. Extracting fibrinogen with freeze-thawing method and thrombin from supernatant by absorbing test, then salt out to distill albumin and immunoglobulin. In 1L pig plasma ，about 31.41g albumin and 13.86g immunoglobulin and 0.22g thrombin and 2.67g fibrinogen have been extracted. The specific activity of thrombin is 38.5U/mg.
