Abstract: In this article we overviewed the history and trend of the research on bioaerosol and briefly summarized its direct and indirect climatic effects, focusing upon the influence of bioaerosal, as atmospheric ice nuclei (IN) and cloud condensation nuclei (CCN), on cloud and precipitation formation. We suggest to increase the model and simulation studies and improve the observation technologies and analysis methods.

Key words: bioaerosol, atmospheric ice nuclei, cloud condensation nuclei, bioactivity, climatic effect
