A Regularized Anisotropic Diffusion for Speckle Reducing
Qiao Ming, Wang Xinlou, Zou Mouyan
2005, 22 (1): 24-29.  DOI: 10.7523/j.issn.2095-6134.2005.1.004
Abstract ( 415 ) PDF (KB) ( 3 )

Speckle reducing anisotropic diffusion (SRAD) algorithm still has disadvantages. Firstly , the diffusion coefficient is not a convex function , which leads to an unstable solution. At the second point , SRAD is anisotropy even in the homogeneous areas , this will depress the ability of reducing speckle. In this paper we systematically an- alyze the problem mentioned above and propose a new diffusion coefficient based on the edge-preserving regulariza- tion method. We also construct a new anisotropic diffusion module , R-SRAD , which is more reasonable. The ex- perimental results show that our R-SRAD is more effective in comparison with the SRAD.

Zhu Liang, Jiang Changsheng, Fu Xiaorong
2005, 22 (1): 38-45.  DOI: 10.7523/j.issn.2095-6134.2005.1.006
Abstract ( 409 ) PDF (KB) ( 3 )

This paper deals with a class of large-scale systems with input delay and parametric uncertainties. The stability of this class of systems is considered. Using the so-called reduction method, all subsystems are transferred. Then, a feedback controller design technique for decentralized stabilizat ion is provided. Unlike existing results, the controller ut ilizes the information on the size of the delay and employs the feedback of the past control history as well as the current state; thus, performance is improved and conservativeness is reduced significantly. With Lyapunov′s direct method, a sufficient condit ion for the stability is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) . Hence, all results can be solved efficient ly. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed method.

2005, 22 (1): 90-93.  DOI: 10.7523/j.issn.2095-6134.2005.1.014
Abstract ( 555 ) PDF (KB) ( 3 )

We measured the absorption spectra of chiral compounds of D,L,DL-tyrosine and D,L,DL-tryptophan by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy over the frequency range from 0. 1 THz to 2. 0 THz at room temperature. We found six amino acids showed distinct fingerprint spectra in the THz region. Our result also suggests that we can identify the enantiomers and their racemic compounds by measuring the absorption spectra in the THz region

2005, 22 (1): 110-121.  DOI: 10.7523/j.issn.2095-6134.2005.1.018
Abstract ( 443 ) PDF (KB) ( 3 )

Butenolides are a class of compounds of current interest due to their occurrence in natural products and the potential broad range of biological activities of natural and unnatural products. During the course of our study on transition metal-catalyzed cyclization reaction of 2 ,3-allenoic acids , we have developed palladium (Ⅱ)-catalyzed reaction of 2 , 3-allenoic acids with (ω-1 )-alkenyl halides to introduce sp32hybridized carbon atoms at the βposition of butenolides. In this reaction , we observed a new Pd (Ⅱ)2catalytic cycle which combines carbopalladation with repeated dehydropalladationP hydropalladation-β-dehalopalladation. Furthermore , a new area of oxidative cyclization-dimerization reaction of two functionalized allenes has been established. In this area , we have developed oxidative dimeric cyclization reaction of 2 , 3-allenoic acids to afford bi-butenolides. Moreover , oxidative cyclization-dimerization reaction of 2 ,3-allenoic acids with 1 ,2-allenyl ketones was also established to furnish interesting compounds with two different cycles in a single step.

2005, 22 (1): 122-127.  DOI: 10.7523/j.issn.2095-6134.2005.1.019
Abstract ( 525 ) PDF (KB) ( 3 )

Nitrobenzene , 42nitrophenol , quinoline and reactive brilliant orange K-R were chosen as the model compounds to study the degradation of organic pollutants by homogeneous advanced oxidation process , UV/H2O2, and heterogeneous advanced oxidation process , photoelectrocatalytic oxidation. It was found that hydroxyl radical generated by the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide under the UV irradiation was the direct reason that caused organic pollutants to degrade. The degradation of organic pollutants by UVPH-O2 process accorded well with the pseudo-first order kinetics. The effects of pH values , oxidant concentration and anion ions such as HCO- 3, NO- 3 and Cl - have been studied systematically. The degradation pathways of organic pollutants by UV/H2O2 were discussed. A newly- designed continuous flow three-dimensional electrode-packed bed photocatalytic reactor was built up to investigate the photoelectrocatalytic degradation performance of organic pollutants. The results showed that application of the three-dimensional electrode could improve the removal efficiencies of photocatalytic process significantly. The applied cell voltage and the presence of NaCl would increase the removal efficiency of organic pollutants dramatically. And the effects of pH values , airflow and oxygen on the photoelectrocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants were also studied.
