2000, 17 (2): 13-21.
Abstract ( 1005 ) PDF (KB) ( 0 )

Base on the mathematical idea and method to alter const raints of a problem, a new a-l gorithm for linear prog ramming to solve has been given. This method is different from the primary e-l lipsoid method by L. G. Khachian. The step-by-step procedure in the new method is not only cut t ing dow n the hal-f ellipsoid, that does not contain the const raint set by the constraint inequalit ies named the constraint funct ion cut, w hen the center of ellipsoid is not in the const raint set ; but also cut t ing dow n the hal-f ellipsoid that contain the constraint set by the object ive inequalit ies named the object ive funct ion cut w hen the center of this ellipsoid fall in the constraint set. The inequality set of this new algorithms consist of the const raint inequalit ies of primary prog ram ( or dual prog ram) and object ive inequality, w hich is small in scale, and does not resemble to consist of K-K-T opt imality conditions for the primary ellipsoid method inequalit ies set w hich is large in scale. T his new ellipsoid algorithm not only has characterist ic of poly nomial complex ity, but also can get a series of monotone feasible solut ions to approach the optimal solut ion if this solut ion exist. If we think to g et a sat isfied solut ion, w e can terminate the iterative scheme at any t ime. So the new method is more practical and effect ive than the primary method. Because the variables and bounded, and the initial ellipsoid is not big in the vast majority of pract ical problems, the new algorithms is more feasible.

2000, 17 (2): 22-27.
Abstract ( 1036 ) PDF (KB) ( 0 )

It is show n that the one- and the tw o-dimensional t-J model with narrow bands (including nex t nearest-neig hbor hopping, etc.)does no t exhibit s-wave nearest-neighbor, an ex tended η, the general off-site Q and the dx2 -y2-w ave pairing long-range orders at any nonzero temperature. These pairing long-range orders w ill also be excluded at zero temperature if an ex cited energy gap opens in the charge excitation spect rum of the system. Our result s hold t rue for arbit rary values of J and for any electron f illings.

2000, 17 (2): 34-38.
Abstract ( 1072 ) PDF (KB) ( 0 )

The interaction betw een protein A and MIgG has been investigated. Some interesting kinetic parameters have been obtained. The kinetic constants between protein A and MIgG that we have obtained f rom the BIA senso rg ram is as follow ing :associate rate constant :ka=5.07×104 (mol/L)-1s-1, dissociate rate constant :kd=9.65×10-5(s-1), af finity constant :KA=5.25×108(mol/L)-1.The concentrat ion detection of MIgG, using protein A immobilized sensor chip, has been also studied.A good linear relationship betw een SPR response unit s and MIgG concent ration has been found in the range of 0.64 ~ 12mg/ L.

2000, 17 (2): 39-48.
Abstract ( 935 ) PDF (KB) ( 0 )

Two kinds of sokid composite polymer electroly tes (SPE)of (PEO1)10-LiClO4-Al2O3 and (PEO2)16-LiClO4-EC w ere prepared and Pt and cstainless steel (SS)blocking elect rodes were used to study the impedance characterist ics and the SPE/ blocking elect rode interface. It is found that the different blocking elect rode materials, the polarization potent ials applied in the experiment s, and the EC concent ration, can influence the impedance plo ts of SPE/ bolcking elect rode system. While the ac perturbation potentials have no effect on the impedance characteristics. Moreover, using the equivalent crircuit proposed the theoretical line has good correlation w ith the experiment data, which indicates that the equivalent cirui t can be commonly used fo r other SPE/ blocking sy stems

Abstract ( 1202 ) PDF (KB) ( 0 )

Foodstuff increase w ith increasing nitrogen fertilizer applied in ag riculture. But, unreasonable applying ni trogen fertilizer will cause some kickback such as polluting rivers and lake, polluting g roundw ater, polluting atmosphere, increasing NO3- content of drinking w ater and plant, accordingly be harmful to health of people.Loss of nitrogen fertilizers in ag riculture mainly includes several routes : nit rification loss, denit rification loss, ammonia volatilization loss, leaching loss and loss f rom erosion. S tudy on route and mechanism of nit rogen fertilizer loss w ill benefit to apply nitrogen fertilizer reasonably, to avoid wasting nit rogen fertilizer, to improve nit rogen fertilizer ef ficiency and toreduce nitrogen fertilizer pollution. This paper discusses the loss routes of nit rogen fertilizer from agriculture.its harmfulness to environment and countermeasure.

2000, 17 (2): 62-67.
Abstract ( 1247 ) PDF (KB) ( 0 )

The Liaohe Basin is a Meso-Cenozoic faulting-depression basin, characterized by tectonic framewo rk of “three subdepressions and three uplift s”.Based on temperature measurements in 12 w ells and thermal conductivity determinations of 47 rock samples, 12 heat flow values w ere calculated for the Eastern Subdepression. The geo thermal g radient ranges f rom 10 ℃/ Km to 50 ℃/Km.The rock thermal conduct ivity ranges f rom 0.819 W/m·k to 2.914 W/m·k.Ranging f rom 45.7 mW/m2 to 70.0 mW/m2, the mean of these 12 heat flow values exhibi ts 56.1 ±6.98 mW/m2.The heat f low in the uplif t and ramp is g reater than that in the sag.

2000, 17 (2): 68-73.
Abstract ( 907 ) PDF (KB) ( 0 )

The iodine content and distributing pattern in the bedrock, soil, crop, spring and main rivers of Daba Mountains (South Qinling Mountains)region were studied. The result show s that iodine content in this region is not balanced and most area is short of iodine, specifically in the distributing area of limestone and sandstone as well as the upper part of big hill. The iodine content in the bedrock,w hich are mainly early Paleozoic st rata, is high, it is about 0.7~ 1.9 mg/ kg, among them, the igneous rock, specifically the diabase is more rich in iodine,it is about 1.4 ~ 1.9 mg/ kg.The iodine content of soil is 0.2 ~ 2.2mg/ kg ;the iodine content of potato is 8 ~ 180μg/ kg.The iodine content of the soil and crop that is dist ributing in the area of igneous rock is rich in iodine if the hill is not more steep and cranny is not developed. The iodine content of the soil and crop that is in the dist ributing area of sandstone and limestone is the lowest in this region. So, the iodine content in the soil, crop and spring is closely related with the iodine content and lithologic character of the bedrock and geog raphical condition in these region and simultaneously closely related with the distributing pattern of the cretinism in the region

2000, 17 (2): 74-80.
Abstract ( 328 ) PDF (KB) ( 3 )

To prevent premature leaf shed in cassava, a construct containing an ipt gene driven by a senescence specific promoter (SAG12 )w as successfully transferred into cassava (M Col 22 )via Agrobacterium- mediated transformation method.Mature cotyledons f rom somatic embryos, which had been cultivated to be maturative for 15 days, were cut into pieces and used as explants for transformation.3 days after inoculation with Agrobacterium, the explants were t ransferred onto the organogenesis induction medium (MS basal medium supplemented with 1 mg/ L BAP and 0.5 mg/ L IBA )with 30 mg/ L G418 for selection.Resistant organ structures and shoots appeared in about 3 weeks, the cultures were later transferred to shoot elongation medium and the resistant shoots were finally rooted on MS basal medium without hormones.PCR and Southern analysis confirmed the transgenic nature of some resistant plants.
